Your calls will be answered in person by myself or one of my staff, unless we are unable to answer, in which case our user friendly answering machine will record your message and we will respond in a timely, friendly fashion. One small hoop to jump through, one comforting thought for mankind.

If you email us, we will respond promptly and won't keep you guessing as to whether we received your transmission.
